This Pro/Con List Maker Notion Template works in three steps:

1. Input your pros and cons – anything you can think of. Be inspired by random brainstorming prompts to help you think about your decision in different ways.
2. Add a weight to each item with a value of 1-5, where 1 is the least important and 5 is the most important factor to make your decision. By separating this from the pro/con table, you can more easily think about each factor as it compares to the other factors and how important it truly is.
3. Reveal the balance that you've weighted your pros and cons. While this doesn't make the decision for you, it should help clarify your thoughts and make it easier to decide!
